By accessing or using Pinnacle Health RX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Pinnacle Health RX provides physician-guided peptide therapy services. All protocols are reviewed and approved by board-certified physicians. Our services do not replace your primary care physician. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state where our services are available. Certain medical conditions may disqualify you from peptide therapy, as determined by our physician review process.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Peptide compounds are billed separately based on your prescribed protocol.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pinnacle Health RX and its physicians are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from proper use of prescribed peptide protocols. All compounds are sourced from FDA-inspected, cGMP-certified pharmacies and independently tested for purity and potency.
